LUCK I Condemn The Condemned

Shruti Haasan's abysmal performance and Imran Khan the boy next door's expressionless acting is what the movie is all about. Luck, resembles The Condemned, a new concept for the Indian audience, so its appreciable. Actors like Sanjay Dutt and Mithun Chakravarthy have added advantage to the film. I just wished the boy next door was not just a metaphor, and a reality, I would have demanded the money for my tickets back.

Although, the movie was shot in good locales, the fun of South Africa was lost in concept of the film, people get killed diving from a few thousand feet or they get eaten by sharks, or get shot by the trigger of the pistol, All this is determined by their Luck. The concept of internet betting was inherited from The Condemned, although the story had a few changes, and a few romantic moments.

Some times it was amusing to see Shruti Haasan, jus waiting to deliver her dialogues. Her accent and her apprehension to speak is noticable. Sanjay was as usual good in his role, may be because his real life and reel life did not differ much and Mithun's acting was jus like I watched him during 90's.

Music goes along with the gripping scenes. Azma sung by Shruti Haasan is stylish and has an English Tinge, while Sukhwinder sings a bale bale version of Azma.

Decide whether or not to watch LUCK.....if you are lucky to save a few bucks, you would come across my blog and defer to what I say...

discombobulated....

Living a normal life style, following just what the others do, seems a very easy task. A mediocre life with no challenges makes a man so content. Wake up early in the morning, perform your every day chores, have a decent breakfast, go to work, have a good lunch and then come home in the night for your hard earned meal, watch a lil bit of TV, go to bed exactly at the same time you did the earlier night is just so mundane. Infact I wish I lived jus like the others did. What I really want is way too ahead of its time. Success, which is always a future tense. What do you say about it? It is jus a matter of perception. Alright, first of all, we need to define what success is ...like say Making 5 crores of bank balance by the time you retire...excellent, very specific. May be say, a happy family with a couple of kids and some retirement benifits to exist, a lil vague, but its ok. or we can say Wanting to be Ambani or Ferrari. This is setting up a benchmark. Now, first step towards achieving success is to find out what exactly you want? It an amazing question. I have been trying to answer this question for the last 6 years. I have not been able to centre it down to one. My fickle mind has always made me confused. My low patience level has never given me a chance to think over it again and again. What do you want? is the first question we must ask ourselves over and over again to focus our engery and attention to one single goal.

The second step is to find out how? Another challenging question to answer. That needs a lot of home work. Righting down your short term plans, longterm plans and stuff like that. Many books give us the methods of doing it.

There are various books that give us various ideas, all of them have one common thing, belief. I have written a number of blogs before talking about developing a good belief system. The more you believe in what you want the easier it is to obtain. To develop that belief system ha ha....Its all your effort........

Why am I writing this blog? I do not know...Its been a long time since I found any body to babble.... I know I have yapped....its all with a reason......jus wanted to vent my frustration.. found no one to crap my yaaaaap......Here it is....please ensai...

This blog is from the TensNick..totally discombobulated......ha ha confused....

Amusement Park

Seems like I am in an amusement park going on a bumper car ride. Managing people is an art, managing people of your city is strenuous, managing people of your state makes your life miserable, managing people of your nation is unimaginable. I am talking about a country thats infested with machines, thoughtless, their attitude towards their life unimpressive and towards others lives so indifferent. A country where more than 10000 Gods are worshipped, where people fear mistakes, have no control what so ever. From bumping traffic signals to spitting on their roads, make them special. Lane traffic, can never be implemented due to the tremendous amount of population, their civic sense needs to be applauded, their gratitude for others have no boundaries. A country where Mahatma Gandhi was born, a country where legends like Bhagat Singh and Mother Teressa hail from was given to dogs after 1947. Sometimes I wish India was still ruled by the British. Atleast then the rules and regulations would have its regard. People drive on roads, no one's life is made easy. Their acumen and adeptness, make them skilled drivers. Given a chance all of them could be a part of Formula 1. Not concerned about any fellow human, they drive their way to destiny. Whether others reach their destinations or not, we are not concerned. Foolishly standing when the signal's red waiting for others to pass by...educated people, are even more in a rush to get to their work places, their anxiety overpowering their patience. What makes life easy, we have no clue. Our behavior is the reflection of our culture, our up bringing and our historical heritage. Rectification begins from home. Obsession about your own ideas and walking your talk makes us living examples. Lets not advocate our ideas, lets walk it first. Life is a very serious game, its not a bumper car ride.

Lexington-my wonderland

Flew into the wonderland of opportunities
Seeking a future really bright, I land
A wonderful breeze from the bluegrass tickle my senses
A sense of accomplishment fills my heart with pride
Unaware of the adversities, I strutted with confidence
Highly elated I walked in to experience a new culture
Knowledge and wisdom imparted with new style was a piece of entertainment
As said, there is a calm before strong
No later than I felt the joy of learning, I was immersed in an outrageous storm of assignments and projects, which almost choked me to death, when I called out for help
Wandered day and night pondering about my priorities and choices
Notes of Sleeplessness swept in, singing songs of glory
Nights became nightmarish, colors seemed gray and blue
Laughter and tears vanished into the work, like a falling star
there came down the isle of heaven, a paragon
Lord's wand had its charm on me
A selected few from the buzzing lot, offered to help
They brought me joy
Helped me learn the value of emotions
value of love, magnanimity of uniqueness
and the truth of life.....

Now the wonderland seems a tough place to live without most of you...and also a pleasant place cos of a very few....
Its been quite sometime since I wrote a blog..Hope it doesn't seem like a blooper to you...
Its ok if it seems to u like one, I am glad I made a fool of myself, just to make you laugh....

Take care buddies...

In the ambiance of the blue skies

country men are living in the illusion of hailing from the most respectful community, which has rich tradition and culture. We proudly claim to have come from the oldest civilization, a country where administration and planning commenced, a country where wealth and knowledge ruled. This was the first civilization where all the facilities, including the sanitation was made available to the public. There are strong historical evidences of Harappa and Mohenjodaro, having the most planned sanitation facility. Lets halt and stop reveling in the glorious past and look at what India has today? The world's largest urinal, the Indian railway tracks. The fragrance of shit and the ambrosial from the platform chai wala, makes food irresistible. Travel in an Indian train, the early morning sight from the window is really enjoyable. Men and women love defecating in the ambiance of the blue skies. When I traveled in India last time, I came across a mother who would not allow her child into the rest room and the defecation is done only in the compartment. This incident drove me crazy. Of course, the allergies that might clinge on to you if you used the rest room makes it a dangerous proposition. There are many issues related to open defecation raging from health to eve teasing. A number of research work is done indicating these issues. Very few steps are taken to provide solution to this. For most Indians a toilet is the most unwanted place. No care is taken to monitor its cleanliness. Is there no immediate solution to a plague like this. One organization like Sulabh alone cannot cater to the entire Indian population. Probably all schools should shake hands with the organization and educate students about using the rest rooms. It is of paramount importance to promote research and improve the standards of Indian toilets. Some measure has to be taken to be able to clean up the Indian tracks and the defecated solids should not be let out, instead collected and used for generation of biogas or should be converted into ash. Step by step approach will never work. We know there is a plague in the country, would you try and destroy it today or will you wait and make strategic plans? Now lets start reveling, squat is the most helpful position for pregnant women... when are Indians going to change?

Dasavatharam 'A complete mess'

With Dasavatharam hitting the big screens last week, its become an institution in an Indian's life.Kamal fans making a big fuss about the show, hyped the movie's presence in the town even more.technically highly advanced, was the selling factor for the movie.Spun around some normal routine masala, was a spagetti, with some meat balls in it. The sauce was not really tasty. Mallika Sherawat the sex icon was literally a pro in the film, she called herself a CIA agent. The villain was typically an , English movie terminator material . A granny role, really funny and the kalifulla role making no mark in the film.I would say Kamal tried a lot,but in vain.He could not blossom in any role except as Nambi role, which was too close to reality though it was a fictitious charecter. Infact, it kind of gives a feeling that a lot of homework had gone into it.Other than that, with a few typical crazy Mohan jokes, which seemed to have become monotonous over time. Not much of time was spent on details. The movie was all about lot of chasing scenes, kamal and a few screams of Asin. It certainly needed a lot of homework. The screen play was screen misplay, the dialogues were no good and finally coming to animation, was like some 5 year old kidding scribbling his doodles and pasting em all together to suit the film. There is no reason why attention was not given to the technical aspect of the film. Talking about music, was really sick, had one melody, which was sounded like some repeat. One peppy number in which Jayaprada looked really gorgeous making no mistakes in her role, while the singh singer had done a decent job of his role.Looked like he had fixed his mind on the name of the film and so he had to act ten charecters and chaos theory was just all about chaos. Please watch the film now....

Latch on to me, if you cannot walk, I can carry you for a while.....

Engrossed in this mundane life of going to school, research, finding a job, feels like I am lost in a dense forest.Even the movement of a leaf seems like a crouching tiger to me.Fear growing immensely, finding a solution for these things became a huge challenge. No time to relax, with my project coming to an end, I have been working almost 12 hours a day. Completely exhausted after finishing my report on Friday at 7 Pm, I decide to come back home and take off the entire weekend. I went out for a movie called Dasavatharam, which was even more exhausting.Sleepy that I was, I got lost in some distinct thoughts, of getting a reply from the company that just interviewed me last week and about the work that my boss is gonna task me with and some thoughts about some one really special and the nice time I might have with that person if I went back to India. Disconnected, my train of thoughts run on different tracks. What was really exciting was meeting a good friend of mine whom I have not seen for a month. After some kalaai we all departed to our bunkers. I Walked bare foot cos I was too lazy to put on my shoes. I tore my foot. With some blood woozing out I had a band aid on and got dropped home. Appreciating a friend who said he could wait to accompany me home , appreciating the friend who got some cotton and band aid and the friend who says take care for I was in pain, I go back to my bunker.
Regardless of what each one of us in undergoing at that situation, the pressures, the kinda life each one of us is leading, when we get together everything looks so simple and easy.

Its a pleasure to have so many people who care for you.Its really not important whether he tells you he loves you.Its all in the actions.I will now go to sleep in peace, cos now I know, there are so many who are ready to say, Hey, Do you need support? you are hurt.
